Texas State University

Texas State University was founded in 1899 with the purpose of providing manual training and teaching domestic sciences and agriculture. Since then, it has grown into one of the largest universities in the United States. The university has broadened its scope from a small teaching institution to a major, multipurpose university. Texas State offers more than 200 undergraduate and postgraduate degrees through its nine academic colleges.
